Description

The person will lead the DMPK capabilities at Judo Bio across discovery and early development programs. The individual will contribute towards strategy, execution, and scientific judgment—shaping key portfolio decisions from platform to early clinical development.

•  Help build and scale a fit-for-purpose DMPK function, including internal capabilities and external CRO partnerships
•  Design, interpret, and clearly communicate DMPK studies to guide chemistry, biology, and program decisions
• Lead human PK predictions, dose selection, and translational PK/PD strategy
• Oversee bioanalysis, ADME, PK, and modeling activities with a focus on speed, quality, and scientific rigor
• Contribute directly to IND-enabling packages and regulatory submissions
• Act as a core member of cross-functional program teams and portfolio governance
• Help shape company-wide R&D strategy and scientific culture

Requirements

•       PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacokinetics, chemistry, biology, or a related field
•       Expertise in PK, ADME, bioanalysis, and translational pharmacology
•       Experience with oligos is preferred
•       Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
•       Clear communicator and collaborative partner across disciplines
