This is a full-time, unique, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager based in Wichita Falls, TX.
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and provide exceptional service to patients. Additional responsibilities include managing and supervising pharmacy technicians, handling prescriptions, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, and maintaining inventory. The Pharmacy Manager will also play a key role in administering immunizations and promoting a safe and efficient work environment for all team members.

Integrated Pharmacy is a patient-centered, clinic-integrated pharmacy that operates inside a health clinic and aligns directly with the clinic’s hours and care model. We partner with contracted facilities to provide pharmacy services for their eligible patients, focusing on access, coordination, and consistent medication support as part of the overall treatment plan.
Our core service model is built for convenience and continuity of care:
On-site pickup for clinic patients in Wichita Falls, coordinated with clinic visits and provider workflows
Pharmacy services for contracted clinics/facilities, supporting eligible patient populations
Shipping services to contracted clinics, extending access beyond the primary site while maintaining reliable fulfillment and communication (Half is picked up / Half is shipped to contracted clinics)
Integrated Pharmacy works closely with clinic staff and contracted partners to ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently, patients receive clear counseling and support, and medication needs are met in a timely and compliant manner.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position is based inside a health clinic and follows a consistent schedule that coincides with clinic operations:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
The role is best suited for a pharmacist who values team-based care, clear communication, and a steady, service-driven workflow supporting behavioral health populations.
Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
Provide drug information and patient counseling as required by law.
Maintain medication invoices, including controlled substance invoices.
Perform inventories required by pharmacy law.
Supervise staff pharmacist and support personnel, providing guidance and counseling.
Supervise ordering pharmaceuticals and maintaining an adequate inventory to provide prescription services.
Maintain and enforce policies and procedures to maintain efficient and accurate prescription service.
Maintain good relationship with account team, clinic management and clinical staff.
Attend meetings with clinic staff as requested that support prescription services to clinic patients.
Provide and present utilization reports as requested to support management of medication costs.
Interpret medication orders/prescriptions and review patient’s medication profile for drug-drug interactions, appropriate dosing, and allergies.
Maintain proper medication storage conditions and maintain temperature logs as required.
Understand prescription billing requirements for different payors, including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare-D.
Provide oversight of medication distribution to remote clinic locations.
Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service and conduct surveys to management patient and client satisfaction.
Provide regular training to staff to maintain proficiencies as required by law.
Facilitate training of pharmacists, technicians, clerks and shipping personnel.
Maintain continuing education and training files.
Provide oversight of competency development and assessment on a regular basis.
Manage personnel, supplies and drug inventory to maximize return on investment.
Manage multiple inventories and assist with audits of any and all discrepancies
Provide feedback when necessary to improve efficiencies
Enforce Policy and Procedures with all staff and get approval for any changes in process that are needed, which will require an update to Policies
Communicate regularly with Specialty Services Division VP with information on all clinic related issues or concerns, as well as any pharmacy related operational issues.
Maintain equipment in working order and according to pharmacy law
Conduct staff performance evaluations.
Supervision over Parata automation machine
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy; Pharm.D. preferred
Holds an active license from the Texas Board of Pharmacy; license is in good standing
Minimum of two years of pharmacist practice in retail, long term care or hospital outpatient settings.
Minimum of one year of managing technicians and/or pharmacist as a supervisor.
Demonstrated experience in taking responsibility for some aspect of regulatory compliance, i.e. quality, confidentiality, inventory.
Skills/Competencies:
Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with prescribers and patients.
Demonstrates business acumen to meet financial goals for the pharmacy.
Demonstrates current knowledge of medication use and disease management.
Demonstrates computer skills necessary to manage prescription dispensing and review of financial reports.
Understand quality control procedures and confidentiality requirements.
