Job Description As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategic and commercial success of assigned brands - from concept to execution - leading initiatives that shape market presence across both traditional and digital channels.
You will:
Lead the development and execution of annual marketing and brand plans.
Design and manage scientific and digital promotional campaigns.
Analyze market performance, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate closely with Sales to support execution excellence and HCP engagement.
Support new product launches with cross-functional alignment and accountability.
Manage budgets responsibly and ensure ROI optimization.
Ensure promotional and regulatory compliance across all materials and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or veterinary medicine, master's degree in marketing will be a plus.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the same therapeutic area.
- Experience in Neurology Specialty is a must.
- Strong medical knowledge + brand planning capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution, sales force alignment, and market analysis.
- Business fluent in English is a must.
- Had proven Experience in Launching & Building successful Brands.
- Demonstrate agility within a cross functional team.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Strong negotiation & management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Word.
- Experience in managing vendor and agencies relationships.
- In-depth knowledge in the presentation formulation.
