Contract type: Service entrust contract (業務委託)

Scope of Service

This is a project-based contract.

• Oversee the integration of 10 finance workstreams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Facilitate collaboration between Japanese-speaking team members and global partners.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet strategic objectives.
• Provide regular status reports and escalate issues to ensure project success.
• Contribute to the Business Solution Review process, aligning project outcomes with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within IT or finance sectors.
• Strong communication skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.
• PMI or Prince2 certification is desirable.
