Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will drive thestrategic and commercial success of assigned brands - from concept toexecution - leading initiatives that shape market presence across bothtraditional and digital channels.

You will:

• Lead the development and execution of annual marketing andbrand plans.
• Designand manage scientific and digital promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market performance, customer insights, andcompetitive dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to support executionexcellence and HCP engagement.
• Support new product launches with cross-functional alignmentand accountability.
• Manage budgets responsibly and ensure ROI optimization.
• Ensure promotional and regulatory compliance across allmaterials andinitiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or veterinary medicine, master's degree in marketing will be a plus.

- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the same therapeutic area.

- Experience in Neurology Specialty is a must.

- Strong medical knowledge + brand planning capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with campaign execution, sales force alignment, and market analysis.

- Business fluent in English is a must.

- Had proven Experience in Launching & Building successful Brands.

- Demonstrate agility within a cross functional team.

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

- Strong negotiation & management skills.

- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Word.

- Experience in managing vendor and agencies relationships.

- In-depth knowledge in the presentation formulation.
